Character's Name: Irina Maria Dawson
Gender: female
Age: 17 almost 18
Grade: senior
Job (If Applicable):
Wealth: rich
Impulse: desire
Association: she's associated with the Harlow family
Appearance: Irina is pretty content with her height and can't really complain about her outer appearance. She is one of those girls that doesn't really need to wear much make up to look nice for she is a natural beauty. When she smiles, a person can definitely read into her more- they can tell if she is being fake about something or if she's real, but most of the time she is on the real side. She has a good fashion sense though she has had a few outfit failures that she would care not to repeat.
Personality:
Motherly- Most of the time, Irina is very independent and quiet. She isn’t soft spoken, but when she speaks to somebody that is younger than her she tends to speak to them in an almost motherly way. She tends to be protective of the younger ones that are close to her and likes to keep a watchful eye out for them, giving them her advice when they ask for it. She doesn’t much like it when people take this personality trait of hers and use it to stomp on it, and to crush her.
Intellect- Irina has always been the first of her class, except for during her junior year in high school. She has always been very bright for her age in almost everything she does. She doesn’t like everything she had to do for school, but she was willing to work hard to make the best grades she could get.
Sweet- Most of the time, Irina can be very forgiving. She likes to help people out in any way that she can, and she would be willing to take a bullet for her best friend. She never dislikes anybody based on first impression, she likes to be treated the way she would like to be treated. She rarely gives a reason to have an enemy in her life. Though she has had a few in her life.
Outspoken
Loyal- She is very loyal to those that are close to her. If you make one wrong move she can snap at you and lash out until you apologize to the person you hurt. Or she can hold a grudge against you for something you did if she doesn’t understand the intentions behind them.
History/Life:While growing up, Irina's family has always been well off, but Irina never let it get to her like it got to her father. He was the one that was always interested in showing off his money by having business meetings. Irina was sometimes able to come downstairs to them, but mostly she was ordered to play quietly the whole night in the quiet mansions upstairs.
Outside of family gatherings and business meetings, Irina's parents never really got along too well. Her mother was expected to keep up with the perfect family image by being the perfect supporting wife, but Irina and her mother knew better. One day though, her mother disappeared when Irina was about ten years old, and about a week later her father took her in his lap to tell her the tragic news that she was dead. Nobody really knew how she died or what happened, and nobody was really speaking. That was pretty much the last time her father spoke to her. He normally just liked to hand money Irina's way so she could go shopping with it that way it would give her what she needed and wanted. But money was something she never really cared for.
Irina has always been a fan of books from different time eras, but her current favorite author is Jane Austen, and her favorite book would be the Great Gatsby. She has just about every book cover of the great gatsby and Pride and Prejudice has to offer. Irina is book smart and always has been in the top of her class at school. She doesn't much care for being the valedictorian of the class though because she would never be able to conjure her fear of public speaking for that. Irina is from around here, though there were three years when she lived in France. She would consider herself to be closely aquainted with the Harlow family, through Gavin.
Roleplaying Example:
Starlight, starbright, first star I see--
The last dish had been put away after supper on the first night back to high school. The day had been full filled with a breeze of getting assignments, figuring out where all of his classes were, coming across with old friends again, people asking him where he had been even though they fully knew that he had been in London.... at least not everybody was upset about him not contacting them that much when he was gone. He was a bit disgruntled over that fact after his and Charlie's conversation a few nights ago. James knew that Charlie would probably be in a bad mood the next few days, so he just steered clear of next door. But at the high school, that hadn't been so easy.
Half the time it seemed like she was near all the places he had to go, and she was in a few of his classes in the morning and afternoon. If he had wanted to talk to her at all he hadn't stood a chance since being a new kid at the school was a job of it's own on the first day.
After supper was done, James went upstairs to grab his chemistry book to work on a little homework and headed outside. It was a gorgeous night out, even if it was dark already. He could always leave the patio lights on, and hopefully that would be enough. Once outside on the patio, James went over to the hammet and laid down across it. He began reading the assigned chapter to help him get into the load of homework he had to do, but shineyness from the sky caught his attention. It was a shooting star, he realized when he stopped to watch it. He held his breath, feeling as if he was missing something... you were supposed to make wishes, but what would he wish for right now?
It didn't take him but a second longer to think of one, but no sooner than he had, a sound from nearby came, causing him to sit up and look over towards it.
